Unauthorized debit order starts again

A few months ago I had a debit order (which FNB calls a "purchase") going through my account. After my first review (and several calls and emails to FNB) FNB reversed and stopped the order. Yesterday it was automatically authorized and approved again by FNB and the whole process started again.
