Unauthorized debit order R129

I received an Sms about an unauthorized debit order(R129) from Procall on the 29th of December This is the 3rd time I'll be reversing a debit order I know nothing about at Fnb I'm tired of this so I'll look for a bank that will not be careless with our data, I'm not sure if your staff sells our info to these little callcentres or sole props. Businesses should not be allowed to debit our accounts without us signing a bank form, why are you allowing these ****** to have access to our money????
