Unauthorized Debit Order from Servexrec

Unauthorized debit order by a company called Servexrec, the company debited R98.00 and I am told they cant reverse it because the company blocked the debit which it doesn't make sense, I was then transferred to the ***** department ad they telling me they don't deal with unauthorized debits, I should deal with the debit order department. Shouldn't we feel safe with our monies in this bank and to top it all of, to reverse the debit order, you get charged meaning you won't get your full amount, It looks like these banks are creating this unknown companies so they can debit while knowing that you will call them and then they will charge you for reversing the debit. Wow how disappointing and I thought I could trust FNB and I am not the only one in this, So what are you going to do to gain our trust back seriously, we not millionaires where you can just take our money as you please, that R98.00 is a lot of money to me, my transport money to get to work, this is just wrong.
