Unauthorized Debit Order FNB

UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER FROM NPTANDEM R999 FNB SAY THEY CANNOT REVERSE!!! I went into the bank only to be told that I cannot be helped. They told me to phone the service provider. How do I phone a service provider if i never dealt with them or not even know who they are? Please assist!!!
