Unauthorized Debit Order Dispute

Received a debit order confirmation that I did not confirm or authorize. Tried to sort it out with you online banking chat and tried to phone. Your staff is ***********, untrained and unwilling to help. I'll have to walk into the bank and talk to a human face to face to sort this out as your online chat and telephone platforms is less than useless and pathetic!
