Unauthorized Debit order charges

I have an account with FNB. There's a debit order on my account which i have tried to call fnb to stop it and staff as i dont have any working relationship with the service provider. They have failed to cancel it and when i call the company debiting on my account, the line is not working. So its this ***** things, i called fnb to help but i have not got any helo from them. Infact every months there's money im paying which i dont know its for what.... The Agent of FNB seems to not care for their clients. As long as they've answered the call nje. So i must pay for something i dont know, that sucks big time. Im even considering moving to another bank because the poor service.
