unauthorized debit order and that debit order cancellation right away

I am an FNB customer thats not satisfied at all because i have been **********ly been ********** of my R99.00 from my account which i did not agree and never signeed a legal document stating that im allowing a debit order to come off my account and this is a problem because you ask your self a question of confidentiality how safe is your money this institution that allows this things to happen , surely you cannot trust this bank anymore they cant even reverse those debit orders of the money they took i want the debit order to be reversed right away and the debit order to be cancelled .
