Unauthorized Debit order above R1000

FNB doesn't want to reverse my unauthorized debit order. I have tried couple of times to call but im being transfered to a robot which will tell me to use the flipping app that doesnt reverse R1000s of rands. i will not speak to the service provider, i bank with FNB and not the Service Provider.
