Unauthorized debit order
Last year I experienced the same problem and now again. Last month on the 30th of October a debit order of R230 for Legal cover came off my account, I went in to FNB Eastgate and was assured that it would be reversed, to date it still hasn't been reversed. Now on the 30th of November an amount of R250 for Legal cover has come off, I have submitted 2 complaints of which I have received email confirmation that they have been received, but have had no response!
