UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER
I opened a new account with FNB and my first salary got in my fnb account this month. I previously had a loan with them and my account is with legal. Yesterday R500 was debited out of my account without my authorization. I then called FNB to be transferred to their legal department which I never got through. I did not authorize this debit which for me tells that it is unsafe to bank with FNB.

07 Jul 2021, 05:03Fnb, please rectify this. ? You still went and debit and credit the wrong account and again debited wrong account without arrangement in place. Who must pay for all the interest accumulated? And for bounced debit orders. I went on the fnb app to make an arrangement and still that function is not working. Fix this please so I can start making payment toward my account which is in arrears and reflecting badly on my credit record
