Unauthorized Debit Order

Good day FNB this is the second time that another company had deducted funds from My account with their company name is platinum life prior to this was a company called Makanda finance with I did not authorize these company neither provided my baking details for their services,.how is it possible for you FNB not to reverse the fund back into my account, this is totally inappropriate for us being yoir clients with no satisfaction to continue to bank with Yourl.

Now I am going to take legal steps regarding this as this is the second time which when I call in nobody does absolutely nothing!!!!
