Unauthorized Debit Order
I've got two expired DebiCheck mandate from my FNB account because ******** app**** for cellphone contracts at TELKOM and MTN with my banking details. Even after the mandates expired, R199 still went off for MOBILESTORE transaction. I don't know if the remaining one for Telkom will still go off. Isn't DebiCheck there to protect us from unauthorized debit orders??? If yes, why then am I a victim???

I made a reversal of the aforesaid unauthorized debit order but this morning to my surprise I got a notification that Telkom and MOBLESTORE registered mandate debit order was logged??? Even after I reversed and stopped the debit order?? What is going on here??? I had to suspend these mandates because wow looks like I'm fighting an endless battle!

Good day,
I made a reversal of the aforesaid unauthorized debit order but this morning to my surprise I got a notification that Telkom and MOBLESTORE registered mandate debit order was logged???
