Unauthorized debit order

This is a follow up from the review I wrote to you Peter regarding the R57 FNB is deducting from my mother's account without her authorization.

I would like to thank you for assisting us regarding the issue I wrote to you about. FNB has contacted my mother, however they are changing the story now. At first they said that the R57 debit order was to secure incase my mother need a home loan and now they are saying that the R57 is for overdraft. When she explained to them that they are lying, the who called her promised to call her back but they never did till today. We just want them to stop taking the money and refund her for all the years they have been deducting.
