Unauthorized debit order

I wrote a review to hello peter complaining about the 3rd debit order which fnb is deducting in my account without my authority. Thanks to hello Peter I got my money back 16 July 2020. I think there's someone who's not doing his duty at the collection department or someone it getting a commission with that 3rd debit order at fnb personal loans because I was assured the matter is solved and the 3rd debit order is cancelled I decided to get my salary at fnb for end july to check whether they will continue of deducting the 3rd debit order or its cancelled but again today the did deducted the 3rd debit order . It's just frustrating to keep complaining about the same issue with the same bank and its time and money consuming which its at my costs. They deducted R2043.66 instalment, R500 and the 3rd debit amount which its not authorise again. May fnb reverse my money today I should pay other service providers by tomorrow.
