Unauthorized debit order

Hello Peter I have a bad experience with my bank unauthorized debit orders goes off in my account on my pay day, some of them am able to reverse it on my app but recently an amount of R1039 was debited on the 15/04/20, when I phoned my bank to stop and reverse it they told me that they are unable to do that I must phone the service provider. I tried to phone the service provider but I can't go through, am frustrated and I need this money to be reversed, if my bank can't assist who can. I need assistance
