Unauthorized debit order
1 CALL DIR... debited R229 from my FNB account on the 30th of this month April 2019 . This is very disappointing because when you reverse the debit you get charged. It seems FNB does not care or they created this automated thing to debit money from our accounts so they can get these charges when we reverse the debit. This is silly yoh!!!

02 May 2019, 09:17I just received a call this morning (2019-05-01) from FNB to let me know that this is under investigation and they will provide a feedback when the investigation is concluded. I am hopping the will be able to prevent this in future after this investigation.
