Unauthorized debit order
I recently picked up an amount that an amount of R98 has been taken from my account via debit order. I have never signed/authorized a debit order on this account.
Why is FNB authorizing such nonsense on my account without my permission? Please reverse this and make sure it never happens again. This is very unprofessional of FNB.
