Unauthorized debit order

Over the last 2 months or so, there have been unauthorized debit orders on my account. I went to the branch(and even called the ***** helpline number) to reverse them and I was assured that it would never happen again. This morning, another debit order has gone off my account. What should one do to avoid such things happening in future. Surely FNB cannot continue charging us for reversals while I clearly told them that no new debit orders should be coming off my account.

Hi Naomi, nobody has bothered to contact me regarding this matter. Furthermore, why cant FNB provide online functionality to approve or decline new debit orders before accounts are debited? The R5.00 reversal fee, why should account holders pay for it if the same ******** are attacking our accounts every month?
