UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER!!!!

I had R2000.00 taken from my account without my knowledge. I have made arrangements with a Debt Collecting company on behalf of FNB to pay what I can afford but now FNB has decided to take my money meant for my school fees. This is the second time and it seems to be a trend. One needs to contact the Banking Ombudsman for such theft to be dealt with. I cannot wait to move to the blue bank after 10yrs with FNB. Hoping this matter will be resolved soon, I WANT MY MONEY!!!!

Hi Daffnie Thank you so much for your efficient assistance in resolving the matter. Received a call from Mandla who will forward documentation I have requested. It is sad that only today I am going to get a statement from your department when I had initially asked for one months ago so I know how far I am with my payment which prompted me to dispute my payment. Please advise on how do I go about closing my account with FNB. Do I have to visit the bank to cancel or can I do so over the phone?

Good Day

Thank you for your response.

Kindly be advised that you will need to visit your nearest branch for the closure as you will need to sign for that as will as if any funds are in your account that will be paid to you.

Thank you and kind regards,
