Unauthorized debit order

I am so disappointed with FNB, I ‘ve been client for years and it’s so difficult to reverse an unauthorized debit order I called customer care 3 times with no success, they end my call all the time. They forget I use airtime to call, maybe it’s about time I changed banks, this so traumatic all the time I have to call and they don’t care. This too much
