Unauthorized debit order

Hi, I'm Johan B Manana I have had an account with FNB for decades. Last December I got an sms notification of an unauthorized debit order against my account, I consulted with fnb I was told they cannot stop or reverse this debit order. They advised me to open a case they will refer the matter to the head office, months following that the Debit order continues to go through however this time I don't get notifications. I only picked it up when I requested for a bank statement, I'm told the matter is now with the department that deals with *****. I'm very frustrated and furious with FNB because this person continues to get this money from my account. This has been happening for four months and fnb cannot reverse or stop this debit order! It's really frustrating that the bank I have been with for many year cannot make sure that my money is safe and secured. I have lost confidence in FNB.
