Unauthorized debit order
<p>dur to being placed on short time I had made a payment arrangement of R150 for my fnb credit card and personal loan. The personal loans department went ahead and debited my account with R2422.52 on 26.10 and the credit card div debited R1275.86 on 02.11. This is unacceptable as I have a payment arrangement in place with both divisions. Personal loans has refunded me R1422.52 on 02.11, however that is still not acceptable. If my funds are not returned to me by close of business today I will be going to the ombudsman and seeking legal council. Please can both divisions contact me urgently via email, as i would like communications in writing. </p>
