Unauthorized Debit Order

<p>I had short term inusrance with FNB Brokers and it was cancelled in 2015 and i recieved comminuque from Kagiso Moagi & Faith Ncgobo saying i shall not be covered by them. I queried regarding reinstatement and they said sorry they can't assist and then i took my insurance elsewhere and out of the blue on the 29/10/2016 my account is debited with R1173 ( my normal debits used to go off on the 25th) and who gave authorization for you guys to debit or does that mean my insurance has been reinstated? now when i call i am told their system is down p</p>
