Unauthorized debit order

<p>I went to the bank after unfami**** debit orders going through my account. Including calling them, and following cell phone banking facilities. All was updated by the bank that the debit order should be stopped but still debit order goes through and affected my banking loyalty and the little over draft facilities I used to enjoy in case of small emergency purchases . Now I am even worried after telling a colleague of debit orders, who informs me that she has being experiencing the same. It’s funny because when this order are reversed or stopped by the bank, it consequently affects a customer, either direct or indirect meanwhile I had no business with such ******* transactions. Should I still fully switch over to FNB? Security wise, I know is a small money involved here but……… I put in a direct complain yesterday and was promised to be answered in 2 hours. Mmmm! To date, the mater is not regarded as important. Reverssing an uknown transaction should penalise the status of my account as negiligence usage, instead they should deal with the perpetrator not me. I wonder how many debit order to clients goes through unnoticed by these money mongers. How do they acces our banking accounts and permitted to put debit ordwers through without doing business with. Is FNB security conscious? </p>
