Unauthorized Debit Order

Good morning

We have a problem with FNB, they have been deducting an amount of R57 every month from my mother's account since March 2018. she tried to query this and they told her that this is the money she must pay in case she will need a home loan in future. Then it happened when she app**** for home loan in 2019 and FNB was the first bank to declined her application yet they are still deducting the R57 every month till to date. My mother is a pensioner now, her Identity Number is *** and the number you can contact her on is ***. She want this debit order top and get her money back. I would appreciate it if you can help Peter.
