UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

On April 1st there was an unauthorized debit order on my account of R212 with the retailer name FNB Retail & the reference number FNBCC DCRE. I reversed the amount thinking nothing of it. On April 26th, there was an attempt at a debit order for the amount of R513, but there was no funds available so the debit order bounced. On May 1st there was a successful debit order of R513 with the same reference number & the creditor name FNB Retail. I reported this to the bank & they had the AUDACITY to tell me that this is a credit card payment when there has never been a debit order payment scheduled for my credit card - these payments are made manually by me & the amounts are much higher. I explained this to the person responding on social media & they clearly got frustrated & told me well report it for *****, here are the instructions you can follow on the app - this specific amount is not listed there so I obviously cannot report it as ***** ( please see social media DM where I have sent more details if that's not too much for you to do). I tried reversing the debit order but as you should know, amounts over R500 can not be reversed on the app, you would need to call in & then get charged for the reversal. I have been met with such hostility & complete incompetence from whoever runs your Facebook account, they obviously have no idea what they are talking about & all their feedback has been absolutely useless. How is it that the bank cannot explain these unauthorized debit orders but the Ref and Retailer name IS FNB???? Why do I have to struggle to get this resolved? Why are your consultants so clueless? Why do I have yo beg for assistance? Why are you allowing unauthorized debit order to happen? What is the point of a debicheck when my account can just be debited as and when the bank feels like it? Why can NOBODY explain what this debit order is for? PLEASE READ MY CORRESPONDENCE ON FACEBOOK SO YOU ARE BRIEFED ON THIS MATTER. Do not come back to me with ridiculous feedback, do your job!
