UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

it is very sad that i reversed an authorized debit order on the 2nd of January 2010 and till to date i have not received my money. the reversal is still pending. my worry is that i did not get my first refund in 2019, which has been more than 90 days. i just wonder how long does it take to get your money back from unauthorized debit orders and how they get hold of your bank details. it about time I change my bank and move back to Standard bank their service was better than this and there never a time where my money was deducted without my approval. I am very disappointed from FIRST NATIONAL BANK. I hope you prioritize your client's needs in future.
