Unauthorized debit on my account

Greetings<br> <br> I noticed a debit of R50 on my account with the reference #PMT HONFEE 1 ITEMS ON 15/11/. I noticed that I'm not the first to get such a transaction on their accounts. I then came to hellopeter hoping to see an explanation or at least a response of how it was resolved for other clients, but couldn't find a thing. Please rectify this asap.
