Unauthorized Debit FNB & 1 LIFE BULL**** AGAIN

Please can you assist me urgently. I have an unauthorised debit of R1632.17 reference 1 LIFE**********07 MAY PREM. This has now affected my funds which were left for my FNB connect premium. I am highly confused as I did not take a cover from 1 LIFE. I expect the money to be reversed into my account ASAP to allow my money to go off for my FNB connect as my services are currently unavailable. How is it that my account is an Easy account not a cheque account and FNB bank allowed a ********** transaction to take place whereby my account is sitting at a minus R895. If I deposit money into my account now this balance will be debited for the minus R895
