Unauthorized debit Dates

Unauthorized debit Dates !!!! you are despicable and dishonest. Who Authorized that my loan debit orders go off 10 days early. I blatantly did not authorize this and said no on secure chat on the fnb app.You have spoiled my Holiday as you took all my available funds. Nowhere did i agree to this you expect my debits to go off on your stipulated dates when i took out the loan You can not just decide that you will debit me when the H E L L you feel like it.I have been banking with you for over 20 years and you do this Pathetic !
