unauthorized debit date

fnb, just decide all by themselves that the 15th was a good day to debit ones account, then you get a sms telling you that it is for your peace of mind... what insanity is this? Now a day later after they took all my available funds which I had to see me to the end of the month, I get a message to tell me to deposit funds as my account is in arrears.. I know its in arrears cause you stole all my money you *******.
