Unauthorized Debit.

I have Unauthorized debit orders on my account, i have went to the branch for a reversal and the branch consultant advised me to speak to the company that debited my account, I called the call centre and as soon as i asked to speak to a manager this lady who said she was Pearm or Perri Hung up after giving me petty excuses. I just want to reverse this debit order please I cannot afford to lose so much money where as i trusted the bank with my money and now they tell me to go to the service provider, ButI mean how if its a Unauthorized debit the service was poor and pethetic.
