Unauthorized debit card transactions dispute

Im utterly disgusted and fedup with fnb non response to my unauthorised deduction ***** dispute i logged with them.. On 19 june a reported unauthorized deductions which put my account to - R5990+.. I was told it takes 14 days to respomd.. 14 days passed till today no action has been taken. I sent countless emails to escaltions ans debitcard auth they keep sending an automated messgaes that they will respond with 5 working days. I demand answers as this has been going on for long now...even when you call apparently the department handling this matter does nit take calls... IM FUSTRTATED AND DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE.
