Unauthorized debit by FNB Lifestyle Protection
Mid February 2016, I phoned the credit card facility to cancel the Lifestyle Protection plan as the amount debited was not as per our telephone agreement with the consultant in November 2015. His responses were dishonest as I tried several times to confirm the specific amount to be debited. The consultant I spoke to mid February, did confirm my cancellation but then yesterday my account is debited instead of a refund as arranged to be done after 2weeks.
