Unauthorized debit

I have an unauthorized debit order from edreams. They debit R195 x2 every month and have been trying to stop it without luck. Did contact ***** decision and they told me to create a profile on dreams and then cancel the subscription. When I create that profile it want me to pay again. Called them with the number that I found online but they are still debuting. ***
