Unauthorized debit

Fnb greenstone.. But fnb as a whole the worst service ever.. Even on the phone u hold for hours without help, u go to the branch to get assistant about unauthorised debit orders.. u have to be put on the line and you wait like forever. when its not even on your debit order list and u did not even accept that mandate.. FNB allows unauthorized people to deduct from my account... I'm very disappointed with their service I'm going to close this nonsense account.
