Unauthorized debit

I don't know why FNB don't ask us question if we give them the authority to give our detail to their associate companies or business partners. I just woke up to an unauthorized debit on my account ,I don't recall giving a company called pro call my details for them to debit my account and I don't know what the R129 is for. Please call me and rectify this mistake before i look for other business elsewhere.
