Unauthorized debit

I am disappointed with how FNB lures unsuspecting people and take money from them. My daughter is 19, she got a call from FNB call centre about a Sim card reward. Yes, she is 19, however they did not check if she was employed to offer her this so called reward. A Sim card was delivered to her, and when she told me about it, I told her not to accept. However they debited her account for an amount and she calls me. I told her to phone them, and cancel it and tell them to refund the money to her. Upon speaking to a consultant, she was told that the refund will either be approved or disapproved. And if approved it will take 7 to 21 days. They are quick to take the money, but you have to wait that long to get a refund. Firstly, who authorized FNB to debit the account. Secondly, she is not employed, she is in a learnership program me that ends in June, what happens thereafter. Thirdly, the allowance they get is for transport costs, not things like these. Did FNB bother to check out all these before offering this. They need to refund the amount taken out of her account immediately, and stop misleading people into taking things when they are not permanently employed. And you wonder why our country is in this state, when you offer products to people that cannot afford them and end up in debt. I want someone from FNB to call me so that I can get an explanation as to how they operate.
