Unauthorized debit

FNB is not allowing as to reverse unauthorized debit orders on our account. They referred me to the company which has debited my account. How do I contact that company if there is no reference or I don’t even have a contract with them! I need to get my money back into my account and then I am moving to a different bank that actually cares about their customers and know what customer service means!
