Unauthorized debit

Declined Foreign T457'.

I don't know what's happening in my FNB account there is this Declined Foreign T457'. That's kerp on coursing me unnecessary charges and I don't know anything about this last time I was transferring money to my account there the was R200 something gone because of this charge for declined debit that's going on in my account can somebody help me regarding this please
