Unauthorized credit from my account exceeding my limit

In the 22nd of feb there was an amount of R19k taken from my cheque account deposited to my credit card account with no authorization from myself. Note that I have a 10k limit on my daily spend ONLY. THIS IS ***** AND a violation of my privacy as a customer to Fnb and not to mention theft. Please get in contact with me as your numbers are always not reachable
