Unauthorized Credit Enquiries from FNB

Hi

I recently took to Hellopeter a complaint about unauthorized credit enquiries made by Fnb on my credit profile.

A guy from Fnb called David Mntambo contacted me on the 8 January this month to assist me on this matter. I told him that there are 5 unauthorized enquiries on my name made by FNB of which I only recall 1, which was made in October last year (this enquiry has been removed - thanks), but the other 4 enquiries still remains which I have no knowledge of ever being contacted by FNB to even conduct these enquiries.

David Mntambo then told me there is nothing FNB could do about the other 4 enquiries as they do not pick it up on their system, however, I can see the enquiries were made, they are labelled as "FNB MBG MULTI PRODUCT (CARD / CHEQUE / RCP)".

How does FNB not pick this up?

I just need to know how the other enquiries are not from FNB when it really is, and need it off my profile ASAP.
