Unauthorized credit check

I have just checked my credit score on ClearScore. The following Credit Query has shown:

09 December 2022 FNB MBG Multi Product (Card / Cheque / RCP

I have not made any applications to FNB for credit or debit cards or loans, etc.

Why does this reflect on my Credit Report Summary?

Seems like FNB is running credit checks without the necessary consent. This is *******. Not only that but it seem it has made my score drop from a 6 to a 4. This MUST be rectified immediately.
