Unauthorized charges - Vodacom *****

Greetings FNB,

I am a senior citizen, your urgent attention to this matter is required. Please reverse charges by Vodacom in the amount of R 89.00 charged to my FNB Encore account with immediate effect.

This is an UNAUTHORISED charge, in fact, it reverts to ***** on the side of Vodacom. I never had this VODACOM*NU SAVE SUP 07 MAR with reference *** ever on my account and neither will I request the same from Vodacom ever in the future.
