Unauthorized Changes

I have been with FNB since I was little and never have I ever been this ****ed off with you guys!

My debit order dates are being changed automatically to a date that I DO NOT GET PAID ON! My debit dates were initially put down to the last working day of the month and my debit order for FNB has been changed by FNB themselves to the 25th of the month(not the day I get paid on). I was told that it was and administrative error on their end and that my debt order was changed to the 25th I was told I should transfer my installment and once that has been transferred they would change my debit day back to the last working day of the month. The new month arrives and the debit date is still for the 25th which ****ed me off because someone sent me money and immediately as that money came in you guys took it!

You people better fix this and have it sorted because you are wrong in changing my information without my consent. I did not authorize the change and again I DO NOT GET PAID ON THE 25th!!!!

You are ****ing ****** and once this is sorted I’m settling all my things I have with you and moving over to another bank. FNB is no longer the bank with the best service you suck.
