Unauthorized change of bank account

<p>My partner has an FNB account and he received a call saying it can be changed to a cheque account he has however said he will come into the bank and do it but the advisor on the call changed his account over without his authorization his card has been stopped and now he has to go to the bank to pick up the card it is however against the law having this to happen as he wasn't prepared to have it changed over yet we would however like to know how to get the complaint taken to the ombudsman as this in so unprofessional leaving him without the ability of using his card</p>
