Unauthorized card transaction
Hi I have a problem with FNB. In December 2025 on the 9th there was a card transaction from my account of an amount of R147002 that I don't know anything about and I reported ***** at FNB about that transaction and they told me to email to dispute department in order for my money to be disputed and I did that but ever since I haven't got any help and I really need that money as I'm no longer employed and need to feed my 3 children, I'm still waiting for the dispute even now, they busy making me go around and busy sending endless emails. Please help me

08 Mar 2026, 17:54It's been 12years using FNB because it's the only bank I always loved since childhood and they've never failed me but now I'm so disappointed that they can't even help a loyal client like me.
