Unauthorized bank charges!

I went to the bank to get a new business card as my current one is faulty. The lady at the entrance tells me to do it online because I wont pay anything for it. So I go and do it online, and the app even tells me its free. Only to find out on my transaction history that I am charged R 120??

This is very disappointing as both the staff and the app have given me incorrect information. Please see to this ASAP.
