Unauthorized amounts deducted from my account for the 5th time now

I have had an unauthorised debit for a loan payment off my daughters fnb account which is linked to my fnb premier account. • FNB:-) R2115.81 t/fer from Easy Account..522350 to loan a/c..727693. Avail R1340. 7Aug 12:42 This is ******* as this was not authorised NOR is it allowed to debit from someone else's account! This needs to be resolved as a matter of urgency or I am going to take legal action as this is about the 5th time this has happened now I want someone to contact me to resolve and reverse this back into the account immediately It is completely unacceptable that this KEEPS on happening and at least once every 2 months I need to contact the loans department to get them to reverse this and each time they assure me this will not happen again yet it keeps on happening! No one will get back to me and I need to fight for days to get my money back
