Unauthorized amounts deducted from my account for the 3rd time now

This is the 3rd time this has happened to me over a period of 8 months.

I have had 3 amounts of R1000 deducted from my FNB Cheque account with a reference of FNB P Loan and I dont even have a FNB personal loan!

Each time I spend over an hour trying to get through to someone and they reverse the amounts within 10 days which results in other debit orders not going off my account, and each time assure me it will not happen again but yet here we are the 3rd time now!!!

FNB called me now and I spoke to a guy names Clinton, He had a look on the system and stated that no email request was sent through yesturday for an urgent refund after I was promised yesturday by Palissa that she had sent the urgent refund request and that my money would be refunded back into my account by no later than today! Is this service? especially since its the 3rd time this has happened. And no my debit orders are going off and my account is in minus - who is going to refund me those extra charges now??
